Eagle Ranch Golf Course Winter Trails
Each Winter, Eagle Ranch Golf Club spends much of the time covered by a beautiful blanket of snow. With world class skiing just 30 minutes up the road, it’s no wonder that local residents enjoy many forms of winter recreation.
Our Winter Trails are open to Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, walking, and even fat-tire biking. They are open to the public and free to use. In all, we have approximately 10K of trails to enjoy. We offer parking at the Eagle Ranch Golf Clubhouse at 50 Lime Park Drive, Eagle, CO 81631. We do not have a Nordic Center with ski rentals or dining available, but the Clubhouse does offer a Golf Simulator for rental during the Winter if that is a more suitable form of recreation for you.
To keep the trails fun for everyone, we do have some simple rules to follow. Eagle Ranch is a Winter sanctuary for deer and elk. It is a time of survival for these animals and human interaction causes stress that inhibits their ability to come through in good health. The golf course is also surrounded by many beautiful homes. Simply put, our rules are to respect the golf course, the wildlife and our homeowners.WINTER TRAILS RULES:
- DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH
- PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG
- IF YOU SEE ELK OR DEER, TURN AROUND
- TRAILS ARE CLOSED WHEN IT IS DARK
- STAY ON GROOMED TRAILS
- DO NOT TRESPASS ON HOMEOWNER PROPERTY
