    About Us

Mother Nature blessed us. Audubon International sanctioned us.
It’s about golf, and a lot more at Eagle Ranch Golf Club.

We take our golf seriously here at Eagle Ranch Golf Club. We also take our position as a caretaker of nature just as serious.

Thanks to the efforts of Golf Course Superintendent Derek Rose, and others, the course is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. We’ve been designated a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary since 2003 – one of 773 courses in the world with that designation.

Eagle Ranch Golf Club opened in 2001. Prior to the golf course and surrounding real estate development, the land was a working ranch. Arnold Palmer officially opened the course with a 9-hole playing exhibition. Several of the antique ranch implements are laid out around the course as a reminder of the property’s history.

Eagle Ranch has a lot to offer.

The practice facility has plenty of room to work on all aspects of your game, including five target greens on the range, a chipping green and two putting greens. The Grille has a delicious lunch menu with indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains. It’s also a wonderful setting to host a special event or tournament and groups of all sizes can be accommodated.

Another bonus is the GPS system on the golf carts, which provide yardage from anywhere on the course and you can order your food to be ready at the turn. The green fees are a great value and there are also several options for our more frequent golfers, including seasonal memberships, multi-round punch passes and a Value Season Pass.

There are also many options to improve your game with our PGA Professional staff, including private golf lessons, group golf clinics, women’s-only clinics and Junior golf lessons with The First Tee of Eagle County.

The course has hosted five Colorado Golf Association Amateur Championships:

  • 2002 Mixed Team Championship
  • 2004 & 2008 Two-Man Team Championship
  • 2010 Father-Son Championship
  • 2012 Mid-Amateur Championship

The course has played host to a qualifying tournament for the Colorado Open Championship from 2006 to present.

We are a proud founding partner in The First Tee of Eagle County Chapter and a host site since 2006.
