The Eagle Ranch Grille, located in the Clubhouse, serves breakfast, lunch and refreshments - including wine, beer and cocktails - all season long! Weekly lunch specials utilize seasonal ingredients. 

Meet Chef Matt Laware, Food & Beverage Manager
MattChef Matt has spent over 40 years in the F&B industry, his experience spanning from Fast Casual to Fine Dine experience. In the Vail Valley, you may know him from Spruce Saddle Lodge in Beaver Creek, where he was the Executive Chef for over 20 years, feeding thousands of skiers/snowboarders every day in an upscale Fast Casual eatery as well as running an extensive banquet facility for weddings and corporate functions.

He also served as Executive Chef of the Lima Corporation in Austin, TX, consisting of 4 restaurants specializing in Peruvian and Latin cuisine as well as being part owner and operator of a high volume Stromboli Food Cart on the University of Texas campus. 

Chef Matt is excited to bring his experience to the award-winning Eagle Ranch Golf Club and its quaint dining experience and family atmosphere offered at its Grille. 

"The new patio provides a fresh opportunity to enjoy our stunning views and homestyle cuisine with a cold beer or cocktail, making it the perfect place to wile away an afternoon,” Chef Matt says. “Come by when you’re playing a round of golf or stop by anytime to enjoy everything The Eagle Ranch Grille has to offer."

 And with seating for 26, our patio is the perfect place for a summer gathering. The lawn adjacent to the clubhouse, along with our 20’ x 20’ tent, can host a special event like a reception, banquet or mixer!

In addition, our indoor dining area, with seating for 30, serves the needs of our golfers “café style.” Simply order at the counter, have a seat and we’ll take it from there! We also serve up orders “to go” for golfers at the turn.
